A Golden Beach home that sold for $19 million topped the list of Miami-Dade County’s most expensive home sales last week.

A total of 728 home sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $728,315. The average price per square foot was $397.

The prices in the list below are for real estate sales whose title was recorded in the week of August 8, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
