We are looking for an experienced, comprehensive, enthusiastic, energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee our townhouse construction projects throughout Brownstone Brooklyn. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, leading the design of multiple projects at any given time.

Responsibilities include:

– Lead our internal teams and clients through the architecture/design process

-Develop and detail construction plans for residential renovations and new construction

-Manage all design professionals and shippers

-Participate in budget creation and value engineering processes

– Maintain company design standards

-Assist with quality control – we expect nothing but the highest standards

– In-depth understanding of residential architecture, engineering and construction in New York

– Interest/sensitivity for the design of Brooklyn brownstone

-License to practice architecture preferred but not required


-Minimum 5 years of experience with complex residential architecture projects in New York

-Positive and professional attitude

-Revit and CAD expert

Salary and benefits:

-$100+ per year, depending on experience
