Most Expensive Homes Sold in Broward County Last Week

A Hallandale Beach home that sold for $3.9 million topped the list of Broward County’s most expensive home sales last week.

A total of 484 home sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $596,485. The average price per square foot ended up at $336.

The prices in the list below are for real estate sales whose title was registered in the week of August 29, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
